The Desktop Support – Senior Associate at PwC will provide technical assistance for laptop systems, software programs, and hardware, ensuring clean IT operations. 1. End User Computing Support:
- Handle queries and incidents, ensuring an exceptional consumer revel.
- Provide a guide for Wintel Technologies and, optionally, iOS structures.
2. Technical Skills:
- Expertise in authentication, Single Sign-On, and ISO protection standards.
- Experience in software support and computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SMTP.
3. Incident & Problem Management:
- Proficient in Incident Management and ITIL framework.
- Experience with ServiceNow for dealing with tickets and carrier requests.
4 Projectct & BAU Leadership:
- Lead ongoing initiatives and commercial enterprise-as-ordinary (BAU) sports related to endpoint systems.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for endpoint problems.
5. Documentation:
- Create and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Run books for consistency in operations.
- Continuous Improvement & Automation:
- Promote non-stop improvement initiatives, which include automation of procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Any graduate diploma is required.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of incident management, troubleshooting, and IT assistance.
- Scripting information and experience with automation tools might be advantageous.
Certifications:
ISO Lead Implementer or ITIL certification favored.
