Job Requirements:
Age: Between 19 to forty years.
Education: Minimum qualification is HSC+; graduates are welcome, and undergraduates may also be considered if they are no longer normal university college students.
Experience: Freshers are preferred, with one year of revel in BPO or customer support.
Communication: Exceptional spoken English talents are a should.
Shift Flexibility: Rotational US begins from five:30 PM to 7:30 AM; candidates need to be snug running any nine-hour shift inside this range.

Inbound Call Handling: Answer and manage inbound calls effectively.
Customer Support: Provide wonderful customer service to US-primarily or total customers.
Language Skills: Excellent communication with sturdy grammar.
