Responsibilities
Finance/Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of finance standards, economic, and non-economic metrics. Proficient in management/financial reporting & assessment. Experience with statistics visualization & analytics tools (advanced Excel is obligatory; Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI are a plus).Problem
Solving and Analytical Tasks: Ability to shape hypotheses, assemble analyses, increase facts fashions, and clarify undefined problems. Comfortable running with huge facts devices, ensuring accuracy and records interdependencies. Adaptability to paintings in ambiguous, complicated, and iterative environments. Identifies and allows technique enhancements within the crew and circulate-purposeful duties.
Communication, Interpersonal, and Teaming Skills: Strong stakeholder manipulates talents, able to control more than one stakeholder in the course of amazing time zones. Ability to perform efficaciously below stress and adapt to changing situations with tact and staying electricity. Work Management, Organization, and Planning
Strong organizational and technique control skills: Capable of contributing to more than one artwork stream simultaneously and prioritizing efforts correctly. Demonstrates appropriate judgment and seeks assistance efficiently. Familiarity with or willingness to paint in an Agile approach is a plus.
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: B. Com / Master’s degree in Finance or Chartered Accountant or identical.
