Job Description:

The Project Manager at DMart will oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design and coordination for various initiatives. Key responsibilities include making ready layout drawings, specifications, BOQ, price range estimations, and handling tendering techniques. The function includes coordinating with experts, ensuring compliance with IS standards, and handling layout conferences. The candidate should have strong information on HT/LT electrical structures, HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and one-of-a-kind relevant services. A B.E. In Electrical/Mechanical extraordinary academic credentials are required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Calculations:

• Undertake electric set-up format calculations in line with the challenge scope.
• Prepare layout drawings, specifications, and cargo schedules for MEP offerings.

2. Project Coordination:

• Coordinate format conferences on-website or within the workplace to align with challenge requirements.
• Collaborate with professionals to make sure proper drawings are furnished.

3. Procurement and Standardization:

• Prepare specifications for machine procurement in line with IS standards.
• Ensure standardization of tactics and verification of layout and specs.

4. BOQ & Estimations:

Be gifted in Bill of Quantities (BOQ), charge variety estimation, and tendering techniques.

5. Documentation:

Prepare sure to deliver files, which include as-constructed drawings and test evaluations.

6. Systems Knowledge:

• Understand electrical HT/LT distribution and manipulate systems.
• Have expertise in HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, CCTV, PDS, Networking, DG, UPS, and Inverters.
