The Center for Affective and Autonomic Neuroscience (CAAN) is launching a multidisciplinary research program investigating how sleep, autonomic function, and brain physiology influence healthy aging and the early stages of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease. The selected Research Scientist will lead the institute’s sleep physiology program using advanced polysomnography and multimodal neuroscience techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of polysomnography into research studies.
- Design and implement sleep physiology research protocols.
- Analyze multimodal sleep and EEG datasets.
- Develop sleep scoring and quality assurance procedures.
