Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Executive in our Tax group, you’ll construct and nurture fine working relationships with teams and clients, aiming to exceed patron expectations. Your responsibilities will consist of:

  • Processing fee difference claims within TAT with relevant controls.
  • Managing rate difference claims, preferably in the Pharma enterprise.
  • Liaising with carriers, sellers, company companions, and clients for query resolution.

  • Preparing system documentation and SOPs, truly outlining process steps, roles, and responsibilities.

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance & Accounts.

Experience: Three years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the BPO/KPO corporation with customers through roles and duties.

Skills: Strong technical know-how, group player, proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT), capable of artwork underneath strain and multitasking, effective communication and presentation abilties, persistent and persuasive.
