Key Responsibilities
- Care of daily operation of facilities including maintenance, hygiene, security and aesthetics.
- Managing and leading a team of technicians, housekeeping staff and security personnel.
- Development and implementation of preventive maintenance program for all equipment and infrastructure.
- The seller meets the relationship, interacting on contracts, and ensuring service distribution-SLAS (service level agreements).
- Ensuring 100% compliance with all health, safety and environmental rules and policies.
- Preparing and managing annual convenience budget, controlling operational costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality.
- Coordinating an effective resolution, replying immediately to the emergency and convenience of the outage.
- To make contact with customers and remove their concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections and compliance reports.
Essential major skills and competencies
- Strong leadership and people management: ability to motivate, motivate and manage a diverse on-ground team.
- Excellent communication: Effective customer reporting and team coordination are active and skilled in written communication.
- Technical Skills: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) systems, HVAC and other important buildings a solid understanding of infrastructure.
