As a Claim Insurance Representative, your primary role will be to assist customers with their insurance claims, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. Education & Qualifications

  • Certifications such as AIC (Associate in Claims) or CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) can be beneficial but are not mandatory.

Experience Required

  • 1-2 years of experience in insurance claims, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a call center or remote environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of health, auto, or property insurance claims will be highly valued.
