Job Description: Tax JD Intern
As a Tax JD Intern, you’ll work alongside seasoned tax specialists and legal professionals on topics regarding agency taxation, prison research, compliance techniques, and tax reform implications. You can be part of a crew that enables essential national and worldwide clients in navigating the complicated tax landscape, particularly in the prison advisory area. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct prison and tax studies on federal, kingdom, and international taxation issues.
- Assist with drafting tax memoranda, contracts, felony documentation, and consumer deliverables.
- Support case research on tax structuring for mergers, acquisitions, and international expansions.
- Participate in discussions concerning tax strategies and risk mitigation.
- Review and examine monetary statements, prison regulations, and tax implications.
- Attend customer conferences under supervision to recognize customer requirements and prison troubles.

- Must be legal to work inside the United States
Experience Required
- Prior publicity to jail or tax-associated internships is favored, but no longer mandatory.
- Participation in moot courts, tax clinics, or jail journals may be taken into consideration, undoubtedly.y
- Experience with financial statistics interpretation or case briefing is a plus.
