Key Responsibilities:
Review and Monitor Accounts:
- Review open bills from the daily growing old report.
- Monitor and hold assigned money owed via collection calls (each outbound and inbound) completed professionally.
- Handle account modifications and consumer reconciliations.
Payment Collection:
- Collect customer bills consistent with the fee due date.
- Follow up on charge preparations in a well-timed manner.
- Monitor client price interest to make certain receivables are collected without delay.
Escalations and Customer Service:
- Escalate cases of non-charge or no response as wanted.
- Provide customer service, together with sending statements, processing customer refunds, and account adjustments.

Compliance and Reporting:
- Comply with all inner and out-of-door Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements.
