Key Responsibilities:

Review and Monitor Accounts:

• Review open bills from the daily growing old report.
• Monitor and hold assigned money owed via collection calls (each outbound and inbound) completed professionally.
• Handle account modifications and consumer reconciliations.

Payment Collection:

• Collect customer bills consistent with the fee due date.
• Follow up on charge preparations in a well-timed manner.

Escalations and Customer Service:

Compliance and Reporting:

• Comply with all inner and out-of-door Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements.
