CRM Manager Description

Campaign & Customer Analytics- Work carefully with the Analytics group to drive consumer & marketing campaign analytics to enhance the performance of retention applications/campaigns – maximize sales, conversions, and engagement metrics- Implement & optimize every day/weekly/month-to-month retention & purchaser lifecycle campaign (automated & non-automated) to deliver on increase targetsOwnership Of Retention Projects- Innovate, release & power new retention advertising initiatives to construct app base, client engagement & stickiness
Project Management & stop-to-end execution of retention initiatives coordinating with Marketing, Product/Tech & Analytics TeamsCoordination With Stakeholders For Campaign Execution
Work closely with Site, Design & Copy, and CRM groups to execute all retention/patron lifecycle campaigns
CRM Manager Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related subject.
- An advanced diploma or certification in CRM or related disciplines is an asset.
Experience:
- Minimum of five years of revel in in CRM management, patron analytics, or related roles.
