Bigbasket Walk In Interview in Delhi Job Description:

Bigbasket is hiring a Store Manager for its Delhi location. The Position entails handling income & loss, manpower-making plans, inventory, and logistics. Responsibilities encompass HR coordination, asset control, sales collection, and ensuring manner adherence. Candidates with five years of enjoy in e-commerce, logistics, or FMCG/grocery sectors are preferred. Walk-in interviews are held on the 11th-12th of December.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Profit & Loss (P&L) Management: Ensure effective control of shop price range to fulfill financial goals and dreams.

 2.Manpower Planning: Manage staffing necessities for the store, ensuring the proper quantity of employees always. 

3. Asset Management: Oversee control of MCIP (Moving & Capital) Assets, Fixed and Movable, and ensure their proper use and preservation.

4. Human Resource Coordination:

  • Handle recruitment, training, and coordination for the workforce.
  • Manage HR features to make certain easy store operations.

5. Attrition & Absenteeism Management: Monitor and address troubles related to worker turnover and absenteeism.

6. Security & Housekeeping Management Ensure the store premises are secure and maintained properly.

  7. Financial Management: Oversee sales collection, petty coins control, and approval of costs related to petrol, food reimbursements, and so forth.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years in keep and logistics operations, preferably from e-commerce, logistics, FMCG, or grocery sectors.

Education: UG: Any Graduate (No precise diploma requirement).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Industries: Candidates from e-commerce or logistics industries are relatively preferred.
  • Experience in FMCG/Grocery: Only candidates with relevant FMCG or grocery might be considered for the interview.

Skills:

  • Store Operations Management: Efficient control of day-to-day operations in shop settings.
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring and retaining foremost stock degrees.
  • Stock Indent Management: Overseeing inventory requests, replenishment, and supply chain making plans.
  • Inward & Return Management: Handling items receipt and go-back techniques.
  • Picking & Delivery Management: Ensuring on-time picking and closing-mile transport.
  • Transport and Logistics Management: Oversee logistics operations, which include transportation.
  • Register Maintenance: Maintaining mandatory records and registers for operational efficiency.

  • MIS Reporting & Record Maintenance: Ability to generate reviews and hold accurate information.
  • Project Initiation & Innovation: Proactive in suggesting and implementing process enhancements for higher operational efficiency.
  • Work Environment & Safety Management: Ensuring protection standards are met in safe warehouse operations.
  • Process Adherence: Strict adherence to mounted operational approaches to keep consistency and excellence.
