1. Profit & Loss (P&L) Management: Ensure effective control of shop price range to fulfill financial goals and dreams.
2.Manpower Planning: Manage staffing necessities for the store, ensuring the proper quantity of employees always.
3. Asset Management: Oversee control of MCIP (Moving & Capital) Assets, Fixed and Movable, and ensure their proper use and preservation.
4. Human Resource Coordination:
- Handle recruitment, training, and coordination for the workforce.
- Manage HR features to make certain easy store operations.
5. Attrition & Absenteeism Management: Monitor and address troubles related to worker turnover and absenteeism.
6. Security & Housekeeping Management Ensure the store premises are secure and maintained properly.
7. Financial Management: Oversee sales collection, petty coins control, and approval of costs related to petrol, food reimbursements, and so forth.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years in keep and logistics operations, preferably from e-commerce, logistics, FMCG, or grocery sectors.
Education: UG: Any Graduate (No precise diploma requirement).
