Job Description: Role of Production Service Engineer
The production service engineer plays an important role within the Adobe Workfront Operations team. This condition is the frontline defender for the health, performance, and availability of the stage. The enfocuser is responsible for the end-to-end monitoring, maintenance, and event management of the Workfront production environment. This involves an active approach to identify potential issues, a sharp and effective response to live events, and a continuous drive towards automatic improvement in system reliability and efficiency. It is a role that demands a unique mixture of deep technical expertise, sharp problem-solving skills, and pressure under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- 24/7 Production Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of the health and performance of the Adobe Workfront Production Environment using advanced equipment and a dashboard.
- Event Management: Work as the first respondent for system alert, service disruption and performance decline. Lead clinical and recovery efforts to restore rapid service.
- Problem solution: To prevent future recurrence, analyze the original cause of the events of production. This involves analyzing logs, metrics, and system data.
- Change Management Assistance: Carefully review, validate, and implement the approved changes in the production environment, ensuring strict adherence to operational protocols.
