Job Description: Talent Acquisition Manager

As a Talented Acquisition Manager at Teleperformance, you will be the architect of the company’s Talent Foundation. You will lead a team of recruiters to design and execute strategic recruitment initiatives to meet the organization’s aggressive development goals. Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Plan: To understand the needs of recruitment, forecast talent requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies with senior leadership and department heads.
  2. Team Leadership: To inspire a team of leaders, mentors, and recruiters and to achieve the goals and performance matrix of personal and collective work.
  3. Full-Chakra Recruitment Oversight: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for important positions, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  4. Sourcing Innovation: To make a strong talent pipeline to take advantage of a crowd of channels, including job portals, social media (LinkedIn, Naukri), employee referrals, and headhunting.
  5. Employer Branding: To attract top talent, enhance the employer brand of Teleproof in the market. This includes organizing and participating in job fairs, campus drives, and other branding events.
  6. Data-powered decisions: Using recruitment metrics and analytics (such as time-to-time, cost-to-cost, and source effectiveness) to optimize continuous processes, improve efficiency, and report on the condition of hiring.

Essential major skills and competencies

  • Leadership and people management: proves the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to give extraordinary results.
  • Strategic Sourcing Specialization: Mastery in employing advanced sourcing techniques to find inactive and active candidates.

Education, qualification, and experience

  • Education: Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), a full-time master’s degree in the respective fields is usually necessary.
  • Experience: This role demands a comprehensive experience of 5 – 10 years in talent acquisition, with at least 3-4 years in a dedicated leadership or team management capacity. A background in high-vantage recruitment, preferably within BPO, TE, or technology, is highly beneficial.
  • Eligibility: While not always mandatory, human resources can be a significant discrimination in human resource professional certificates (eg, SHRMSHRM-SCPm-SCP, PHRI).
