Key Responsibilities

• Be a leader in a safe, injury-free physical workplace and demonstrate safety practices by example.
• Gain maintenance productivity by using the right maintenance methods.
• Employ failure mode analysis and technology policies to solve chronic failure issues.
• Develop equipment care programs, such as the use of servicing, maintenance, and other related strategies.
• Support machines that are in a bad situation, such as maintenance teams, outages, and capital projects.
• Work with they got a Root Cause Failure Analysis(RCFA) that’s efficient and good.
• Manage contractors that include shutdown jobs and major maintenance.
• Be part of long-term maintenance planning and extend a helping hand in budgeting.
