Role Description

We then encourage candidates with scientific expertise to apply, as the R&D team’s job is mostly experimental work and data processing, followed by the creation of a new product that makes use of renewable raw materials and the like.

Responsibilities

• Carry out laboratory, greenhouse, or field experiments to support product development.
• Employ scientific principles in the planning, performance, and result interpretation of the research.
• Work closely with other team members from different departments, such as agronomy, biotechnology, and chemistry.
• Present and publish the evidence found in the course of the research in the form of reports, articles, and presentations.
• Collaborates in the creation of new technologies in the areas of crop protection, seed technology, and digital tools.
