Key Responsibilities
- Lead groups of one hundred+ executives and group leaders in voice/chat operations.
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, performance metrics, and client scorecards.
- Drive revenue via accurate forecasting, budgeting, and productiveness monitoring.
- Recruit, train, and mentor group leads and staff to power service excellence.
- Collaborate on pass-practical initiatives with HR, WFM, Quality, Training & TA.
- Resolve escalations, reviews, and audits, retaining group morale and meeting client expectancies .

- Graduate diploma or equivalent experience
- 5–12 years in BPO or operations management (voice/chat desired).
