🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee method development and digital transformation (CI, Lean, automation) inside the assigned tower (O2C/S2P/R2R/H2R).
- Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives—mentor groups, conduct audits, supply maturity assessments, and decorate KPI average performance.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred).
