CEI Contract Support Specialist

AECOM is looking for a (Construction Engineering & Inspection) CEI Contract Support Specialist to deliver physical, technical, and contract support activities that concern construction works. Part of the scope of work of this position revolves around ensuring that the CEI teams keep on operating without disruptions, benefiting from the highest standards of contract requirements, as well as receiving their support in the project delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the contract and technical aspects of the CEI projects.
• Accountable for the verification and monitoring of project documentation, e.g,. Contracts, change orders, and invoices.
• Support CEI teams with preparation for reports, correspondence, and project deliverables.
• Uphold adherence to regulations within the federal, state, and local jurisdictions alongside client requirements.
• Engage in constant communication with internal and external stakeholders to ease project formalities.
• Keep records, logs, and files updated so as to assist project management and audits.
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and monitoring of project schedules.
