Considering that this job is aligned with the skill set and experience that a person with a supervisory or retail management background has, it seems that the person would benefit from leading a team, providing excellent customer service, and generally being in charge of the Store Leader. Your responsibilities will be around taking care of the day-to-day business, spearheading staff training, and getting new customers engaged under the supervision of the Store Leader.
