Lead Principal Designer of architectural layout efforts throughout sizeable initiatives (non-public or public sector) as part of AECOM’s Enterprise Capabilities crew. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver architectural design — from initial idea thru soft and construction documentation.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, and different BIM equipment.
- Conduct architectural calculations, create specs, reviews, and certain drawings.
- Work carefully with drafting/layout groups and outside consultants to coordinate technical sports.
- Guide junior staff, put into effect technical standards, and make a contribution to BIM-related practices.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s diploma in Architecture (or equivalent) — Chartered popularity is a plus.
