Key Responsibilities

  • Lead groups of one hundred+ executives and group leaders in voice/chat operations.
  • Manage SLAs, KPIs, performance metrics, and client scorecards.
  • Drive revenue via accurate forecasting, budgeting, and productiveness monitoring.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor group leads and staff to power service excellence.
  • Collaborate on pass-practical initiatives with HR, WFM, Quality, Training & TA.
  • Resolve escalations, reviews, and audits, retaining group morale and meeting client expectancies .

🔍 What Concentrix Seeks

  • Graduate diploma or equivalent experience
  • 5–12 years in BPO or operations management (voice/chat desired).
  • Strong communication, patron interaction, and stakeholder control
  • Strategic philosopher who can power continuous development in excessive-extent environments
