About the Role

SLB is seeking the services of an Account Manager with experience to join our Pacific Sales team in Bakersfield, CA, to support Chemical Technologies. The main responsibilities of the job include developing and maintaining relationships with customers, increasing sales, and providing customer-focused solutions through innovation. With a competitive salary and an overseas profit package, the position also provides performance-based incentives.

What You Will Do

  • Communicate, at the same time, develop relationships with new and present clients with the target to uncover business possibilities.
  • Collaborate and implement your sales plans to reach income targets and even beyond.
  • Contact the executives at the plant and the facility to help them understand and use the services you recommend to them.
  • Use your technical knowledge to evaluate systems, collect data, and provide solutions.
  • As a part of the company’s advanced technology program, share and promote SLB’s idea of technology and partnership with your clients.
  • Organize and supervise customer training sessions, events, and seminars.
  • At the same time, maintaining safety in the operations while fulfilling customer and corporate goals.
