Concentix is hiring a business analyst to support commercial operations by collecting requirements, analyzing processes and providing information that promote efficiency and growth. The role involves working in close collaboration with interested parties to understand commercial needs, document requirements and recommending data -based solutions that improve customer performance and experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with interested parties to gather, document and analyze commercial requirements.
- Translate commercial needs into functional specifications for technological and process improvements.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- It supports the design and implementation of commercial solutions that improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the operations, IT teams and projects to deliver initiatives on time.
- Perform tests, validate solutions and guarantee quality deliverables.
- Prepare reports, presentations and panels to support decision making.
- Monitor the key metrics to measure the impact of the solutions implemented.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Business Bachelor, Information Technology or Related Field.
- Experience proven as a business analyst or on a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving with detail.
- Good knowledge of the mapping of commercial processes and the techniques of collection of requirements.
- Competition in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar data tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in collaboration with interfunctional teams.
